The Sinclair C5.
Invented by Sir Clive Sinclair, this little machine was destined to be ridiculed by the British Press as a waste of time.

Well, the media may have prompted a lack of interest in this wonderful little invention, but all around the world people collect this much sought after machine with over 1000 units either in private collections or just being used by the family for fun.

This site is dedicated to, what is believed to be the ONLY Ferrari red C5 in existence. It was the brainchild of BBC RADIO KENT presenter PAT MARSH, to use a Sinclair C5 to help raise awareness for a charity called WhizzKidz, which helps children with mobility difficulties.

Pat set about buying one on e-bay, he made a bid, got it, then launched an appeal for help in restoring it. THREE weeks after he first thought of it, the Red C5 was ready and during the summer of 2004, Pat made a number of Outside Broadcasts from the BBC's BIG RED BUS and took along the Red C5 giving members of the public a chance to have photos taken sitting in the machine in exchange for a small donation to the charity.

So come on in and have a look around.
